The latest round of lightning storms in the far western suburbs of Chicago have rendered the network all but dead in our Elburn data center. Fortunately, Elburn serves primarily as a location for off-site redundant data storage, though Telephony/VoIP, VPN, and DNS services have also been affected.
It appears that new hardware will be required to bring these services back to full capacity. We hope to have services up and running by early next week and would like to thank those working in Elburn for keeping things running as well as they have to this point.
